Needs improvement

Dingy towels, hair in the shower and onthe bathroom floor. Smelly...need I say more..

Not bad for the price

This hotel was a decent place to stay for the money. The room was relatively clean, quiet and near many attractions. The breakfast was nothing to shout about and there was no elevator. The ice and snack machines were all the way down on the ground floor. I would stay here again if I were in the area. The only thing I would do differently would be to call and request a room on a lower floor (we were on the 3rd floor and we are senior citizens).

Needs Improvement

The price was great but the hotel needs improvement on maintenance. The window in the room we stayed in would not lock and management had a stick at the bottom of the window to keep it from being open. Also, there were not enough towels and bath cloths in the bathroom. The microwave had to be pulled over to an outlet before we could use it. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Good value

For the money, I'm not sure how you can beat this hotel. We considered staying at someplace a little nicer, but we couldn't justify the higher cost. We were worried about the cleanliness, but that wasn't an issue at all. Overall, a great value for the price.

Needs Improvement

BATHROOM TUB WAS NOT CLEAN. FOUL ODOR IN BATHROOM. WHEN MENTIONED TO HOUSEKEEPING ONLY RESPONSE/ACTION WAS YEAH , I SMELL IT TOO. IT ALLWAYS SMELL LIKE THAT.BEDS WERE CLEAN. ROOM OTHERWISE SATISFACTORY. STAFF COURTEOUS.

Great Staff, Awful Hotel

The desk clerks were extremely helpful but my room was gross. The bedspread had big yellow stains on it, the carpet was dirty. Up until 3:00 with people in the room above me stomping around then awakened at 6:00 a.m with them getting up. No sound-proofing I guess.

Awesome Hotel for the money

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was located just minutes away from the mall. The premises were very secure and the staff were extremely nice.

Good for the money

This was a good hotel for the price. The only thing I didn't like was the service at the front desk wasn't very good when I was checking in, I always try to smile and be friendly, but that person, when they finally came ot check me in, stayed on the phone the whole time and didn't even speak to me other than to ask for my last name, signature and license plate number. There is also no elevator. I was on the third floor which could be a safety issue with single people going up and down the stair wells.
