Good Experience

This hotel is relatively new. Location is close the mall of Abilene, adjacent to a major road that loops around the city. We were in town for an ACU event and the drive from Super 8 was just a few short minutes away. Our room was clean and neat and the service was friendly. We'd recommend this hotel.

great room

Have looked for a good deal on a room in Abilene, with no luck. Seems we always spent over a 100 bucks, but Super 8 was fairly priced. Close to McMurry University where our son attends school. We will be staying here from now on when we visit. nice clean room

Absolutely awesome

Everything about our stay was great. The only issue we had was parking, it was booked up and nowhere to park. We had to park across the street for one night but there was security cameras pointed at that parking lot as well and the night manager kept an eye out for us. Overall it was a great stay no complaints about the hotel or staff.

Great Customer Care

Every worker we talked with at this hotel was extreamly friendly and helpful! They were so nice - greatly exceeded our expectations!!!

What a Surprise!

This hotel was a surprise! It was way better than I anticipated, the breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I would definitely come back. The only negatives were that the internet was pretty slow and the AC made it kind of humid at night.

Decent hotel

I just needed the hotel for a place to stay during a softball tournament. It was clean and the staff was friendly for a good price. The breakfast was better than I expected also.

Not worth it, find somewhere else

Hotel staff very unfriendly from check-in. Made us feel like we were "burdening" them by having to do their jobs. Hotel smelled bad. Room upon entering was HOT, 90 degrees, since no air had been turned on prior to our arrival. A family emergency forced us to check out only 3 hours after arriving, but we were not given a refund. Rather than being honest and saying at the time of check-out no refund would be granted, we were given a 1-800 number to call and told we could get a refund from there. Of course it was a lie, the hotel can only handle that in house, not at the corporate level. So be warned future patrons, this hotel has no human compassion for family emergencies, they just want your money.

Outstanding Stay

I and my husband had to attend my Dad's funeral and needed a place to stay for 5 days. The room was cleaned spotless every day that we were there. There was always plenty to eat at the breakfast bar and my request for extra pillows was no problem. I thought the bed to be very comfortable and would stay there again without a doubt.
