Spacious

Full kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove. Large tub ( 2 person). Only negative was sofa bed was broken and wouldnt open and we discovered it only at 2 Pm when ready for bed. But staff was nice and moved us to a room that was up the stairs from us. Staff didnt offer to carry my bags up but I managed though it would have been nice if offered.

Stayed at Summer Bay during InterBike convention in September. Nice suite with BBQ Grill, Pool & HotTub out the backdoor 24hrs. 1/2 block from Sand's Convention Center & 2 blocks from the strip, but quiet & pleasant. I'll be back next year.

Good spot for Interbike

4 adults and an infant shared a 2 BR condo at Summer Bay. It was a perfect location for attending the Interbike 2009 convention at the Sands convention center. Maintenance and room design were a bit sketchy: the air conditioning sounded like a 747, among other minor quibbles. Great service; everyone was helpful and professional.

Condo style rooms

These rooms were great for our situation. We came with two families and the room was more than adequate to accommodate us. Everything was provided, ie. kitchen accessories, washer/dryer items. We stayed there for two nights and each day we were provided with new items stocked. My only gripe is the room we stayed felt quite outdated. It was advertised in their website that the rooms were newly renovated. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't some type of Norman Bates motel. I was just expecting it to be a little more modern. Other than that, I highly recommend the place. Its a very family-friendly place despite being in Las Vegas.

BEYOND EXCELLENT

Could not have asked for a better room we took our kids and everything was very very clean and smelled new, top of the line would stay again you will not be disappointed!!!!! could not figure out the air conditioning they had a service guy at our door in about 10 minutes!

Looked Different than Advertised

The actual room was totally different then what we were expecting. Pictures showed flat panel TVs and updated decor but we got older decor and lot's and lot's of construction going on on grounds.

Great room for the money

Close to the strip. Pay a little for a big place.

Summer Bay Resorts - Las Vegas

This hotel was great. They took care of us and the room was very nice. The only drawback was some construction going on next door, but other than that it was a great experience. -Phillip Orange County, CA

surprise

I had stayed at the "old" Summer Bay Resort which was barely "ok". This new place is great. Secure, nice, and clean. Close to the strip and good value.

Time Share

Poorly Advertised. Hard to find at Day or Night. Construction work being done at 7 a.m. on Saturday. Salesmen coming to the doors at all hours to try and sell to others or to us. Management unable to properly accomidate or rctify guests concerns and complaints. No on site food of anykind. Security was a real good thing. ( Gary was on duty and on top of it) Thanks Gary.

Great Room....Great Price!!!

We stayed in the newly renovated hotel and our unit was brand new! Nothing had been used yet. There was construction in the building next to us, but we weren't bothered by it at all. The 2 bedroom suite was the way to go. Everything was included: washer/dryer, stove, fridge & cleaning supplies!
