Trip Type: With Friends Review 16 of 32Basic, but it works.
It's not that expensive, what are you expecting. It's pretty clean, it's not gorgeous, its in a good neighborhood, there aren't dealers in the hallway. Make sure what size bed you are getting when you check in- some rooms have random sized beds. If theres a reasonable problem with the room, they usually are pretty good about finding you a better one. No bugs, just a little rough around the edges.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 17 of 32Very Unsatisfactory Hotel
This hotel was probably the most unclean and uncomfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. The hallways, lobby and computer room seemed to be completely without air conditioning (very hot). The door that we had to enter to get to our room had a broken frame (a little un-nerving). The room was large, however that's the only good thing about it. The beds were as hard as a rock and the pillow cases didn't appear to be clean (I thought I saw hair on mine and there were some mysterious spots). The floors didn't appear to be vacuumed. There was a actually a short lock of hair on the floor (yes, a lock of hair). There was a cigarette stain on the mattress. The shower temp was either hot or cold, not in between. However worst of all, there were what looked like blood stains on the underside of the comforter. Bottom line, I would not stay in this hotel again. I'll spend a little extra money for a more clean comfortable hotel.

I did not get a handicapped room, and the room that i did get was on the 2nd floor and the elevator onthat side did not work. Now other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 23 of 32location verses quality
This extended stay hotel is just what the name implies. If you need a cheap place to stay for awhile and don't need to be pampered, then here is good. I like the area because all good restaurants are there. The room #120 we stayed in was very small and cramped. The AC had been leaking on the carpet for long time and the room smelled like mildew all the time. Small roaches came out in the bathroom at night. It did have full size refrigerator and stove. Microwave didn't work correctly. They ran out of bath towels and we have to get clean hand towels to dry off with. They do not clean the rooms unless you are there more than 7 days. Second night we had to go to the front desk to get our key valid again because they forgot to activate it for two nights and we were locked out of our room. If I needed a cheap room, I would consider staying here again, but would prefer a regular hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 25 of 32What you would expect for the price
The location of the hotel was great. It was right down the street from major restaurants and next to the freeway where you could quickly get to other locations in the area. The room was small, but nice. The only problems I ran into was the fact that they did not bring us clean towels daily, we had to go and ask the front desk every day for new towels and wash cloths. Also, the hallway did not have air conditioning and was always dirty. Their policy is that they don't clean your room while you are there because they don't want to invade your privacy. This policy just screams laziness to me. This being said they did not empty our trash or take our dirty towels or anything of that nature. Also, upon arrival there was a burnt bag of popped popcorn in a shoebox in the freezer and an alcoholic beverage in a paper bag that was left in the refridgerator as well. They didn't clean it out before we arrived. Lastly, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life. I'm not sure if it was a real mattress or a boxspring! I think the floor would have been more comfortable. If you are looking to relax and actually sleep at night this place is not the place for you!

Suburban Extended Stay Dallas was very conveniently located to Dallas Love Field and was a good value but room material condition needs improvement. The room I occupied had vinyl tile peeling up from flow and less than adequate air conditioning to deal with heat and humidity of Dallas weather.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 29 of 32Great customer service but....
This hotel is very close to everything in the Dallas area. A positive, the customer service was great. The woman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. But the bed and the towels were kind of hard and in need of upgrade.
