Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 32The room was hot for most of the night
The room was hot for most of the night and got cooler towards next morning. There was no phone. The taxi cab requested was not timely available.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 32THIS HOTEL MADE ME PHYSICALLY SICK!
I should have read all of the reviews before making the reservation. The room was thick with the smell of mold and mildew. There was no hot water for a shower. I woke up unable to breathe and started feeling sick from the smell. In fact, I'm still sick after spending one night in this place. Do NOT go to this hotel. It was one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. The staff at the front desk was fairly nice, however.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 32Flophouse
The hotel is falling apart and is very badly run. It had roaches, lumpy and smelly mattresses, thin and old towels and air conditioners that make strange loud noises. The front desk was friendly but not very effective. I had to ask for the weekly room cleaning thrice. I had to get different room items, like the cooking pans, the coffee maker and dish rags which the room is supposed to have and after repeated attempts got these one at a time.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 32Average Room for the money
The room was in a great location for the price but there was some ants inside the bathroom, as well when i ask for clean towels on the front desk it took 5hrs to provide me with towels and for me to able to take a shower to go out. I believe then need to hire people so customer dont have to be waiting for a service we have paid for. Thank You.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 32Get what you pay for...
The rooms smelled funky even after I sprayed oust and other air sanitizers. Their was a dead bug under the desk. The tiles were loose and would stick to your feet because they weren't glued down, but hey you get what you pay for right. Cheap hotel right off Northwest highway, 12 minutes from downtown.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 32All was decient for what I paid!
Considering the surrounding area the hotel is in & its location, I'd say it's a pretty decient place to stay. No complaints really but then again I'm pretty easy to satisfy. Employees were nice enough & there when I needed them. Recommend the place if you just need a cheap place to crash for a few nights.

The bad reviews I read didn't hold true. It was a great hotel, great room, great service! I would definitely return.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 32What You Would Expect
My husband and I stayed at Suburban Extended Stay Dallas over his Christmas Exodus rather than freezing back home in Indiana. The room is what you would expect for the price. The exercise room, however, was a joke; nothing actually worked the way it should. If you are looking for an extended stay place without the frills, this is it. Location is nice and staff was friendly enough. **Word to the wise, if you get cold and need extra blankets, bring your own.**

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 32Don't Expect Customer Service!
I had the Bath Tub Facet literally blow off in my hand, bruising it. Was told I would be given a new room, no charge. Was upgraded to a 2 bed suite, then the next day was informed I had to pay for the upgrade!!! They should have comped the stay, not charge for an upgrade.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 32Inexpensive
The staff was good. They were polite and helpful when I had a question. I liked the location. It was south enough on 35E to be close to downtown. I think it was 7 or so miles. Also since it was on Northwest Hwy it was close to Lemmon,Oak Lawn, Inwood, not to horribly far from 75 or the Toll Road. It worked for what i needed.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 32Didnt get what I reseved online
the room was nice but I reserved a room with two queen size beds and only had one full size. but it worked out for me, since I was by myself. I also didnt get a smoking room but I don't know if that is because of Dallas smoking ban.
