Hallways and rooms had an odor, blanket had cigarette burns, filthy underneath the bed, sliding closet door was off the hinges, water pressure in shower was extremely low, room service never cleaned the room, or picked up our dishes off the floor in the hallway, and this was after we weren't satisfied with the first two rooms!

Needs Improvement

Hotel was under renovation. We had to wait way past check in time to check in because carpet was not laid down yet in the hall where our room was located. The manager on duty was very nice but, everyone else didn't seem to have a clue about customer service. If you wanted service in the lounge, it was like pulling teeth. There seemed to be a fued among the employees.

Not a place for a convention!

The smell in our hallway was horrible and they refused to do anything about it. Our bartender was drunk and the elevators were always stuck.

Under Renovations; Area Industrial

Having stated the above....the room was nice; everyone was pleasant (the penthouse level club was overpriced and too loud); Food was excellent; only things we noticed still being renovated were the pool/ hot tub area (too cool during early April anyway), overall not bad (we used to live in the metroplex so I know my way around so getting places was no issue)
