    Hallways and rooms had an odor, blanket had cigarette burns, filthy underneath the bed, sliding closet door was off the hinges, water pressure in shower was extremely low, room service never cleaned the room, or picked up our dishes off the floor in the hallway, and this was after we weren't satisfied with the first two rooms!

    Hotel was under renovation. We had to wait way past check in time to check in because carpet was not laid down yet in the hall where our room was located. The manager on duty was very nice but, everyone else didn't seem to have a clue about customer service. If you wanted service in the lounge, it was like pulling teeth. There seemed to be a fued among the employees.

Location. The Sterling Hotel Dallas at Texas Stadium is located less than three miles from the Dallas Market Center, American Airlines Center and Texas Stadium. Within five miles of the hotel are the Dallas Convention Center and downtown Dallas, Texas. The hotel offers complimentary transportation to Dallas Love Field Airport four miles away.
