    Mr. Zapf at the Reception was extremely helpful. Room and bath were very roomy and the only criticisms are relatively common to almost all Hotels in Germany: Thin and small bath towels and limited parking spaces.

    Stayed at the hotel for five nights and it was just a pleasure every minute. It is well located for walking tour of Bach Haus, Luther Haus, and local shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent as well as other dining. I have stayed elsewhere in Eisenach on previous trips, but this is the best in town.

Location. Steigenberger Hotel Thuringer Hof is a city-centre hotel in Eisenach in Central Germany. The hotel is located on Kalsplatz facing the city's famous Martin Luther monument. Erfurt Airport (ERF) is 60 kilometres away and takes approximately 40 minutes to reach by car.

Hotel Features. Active guests can visit the health club and work out on fitness equipment before relaxing in the sauna. The hotel has a bar and restaurant and room service is available (limited hours). Wireless Internet is provided in the public areas and the concierge can assist with theatre bookings. Business facilities include eight rooms for up to 200 delegates. Garage parking is available nearby.

The Steigenberger Hotel houses the Leander Bar and Bistro, offering dishes from around Europe and Asia, many with a Mediterranean touch. The show kitchen allows diners to enjoy the spectacle of the chefs at work.
