Pool Area Needs Improvement

We enjoyed the indoor pool, but the area looked a bit dated and could have been fixed up a bit. There were not enough (any at one visit) towels and there were not enough chairs and tables. There was a larger then usual number of guests in the pool during this time, but people were sitting on steps and bringing room towels...

Good Choice

By Days Inn Standard it is good. Pleasant staff, clean and great location. Rooms are small, especially the bathrooms. If you are going to SC for the weekend to catch a game, this is a very good choice because it is in the middle of the nightlife.

Room was nicer than I expected for the money

Searched on hotels.com for a last minute room and got a great rate in the middle of the week. I didn't expect much because of the price, but when I saw the room I was surprised at how clean and nice it was. Only drawback was the TV was a little dated and the remote didn't work well, but the a/c worked fine and everything else was great. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Great Hotel

Everything was great. We did need two parking spaces and there was only one per room.

Good Deal. Bad Wifi

Great Location esp if your visiting the Penn State Campus. Great Amenities for the price you pay including a huge pool and great mexican restaurant. My only complaint was that the wifi signal in the room was extremely poor, so if your travelling for business stay away.you will be screwed. The room does not have an ethernet port and the low wifi signal will get you no where. Other than that, Days Inn was FAB

Great Hotel!!

This hotel is within walking distance to downtown. The bedding was more comfortable and softer than expected. Travelling companions in other rooms also were pleased with the bedding and comfort of the hotel. This room was a good value for the price.

Great room for the money

We are a family of five and were able to stay in one room. The room was an average size room. It was very clean. The room's wallpaper was pealing a little, not too bad. The tv service had lots of options. The staff was fantastic. The lobby was beautiful. The indoor pool was nice to have, but not the nicest pool.

Not handicapped friendly

My biggest complaint is that the in house restaurant, Mad Mex, is not handicapped accessible. At least not from inside the hotel. Sure, there is a ramp to get you through the doors of the restaurant, but the seating area is down a flight of steps! Our room was not handicapped friendly either. The bathroom is very, very small. There was not enough space in the room for a wheelchair to turn around. Maybe I could have requested a handicapped room? Next time I will check.

Great Location

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everywhere. The hotel could use some upgrades, carpeting in my room was badly stained.
