St. Cloud Travelodge

Just what we needed.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. It was just what we needed for a one-night stay.

Ya get what you pay for!

Considering the cost of this compared to other hotels, it was fine. The room was small but basically clean, the breakfast was minimal, but more than you get from a Hilton. Wouldn't wanna spend more than a few nights there, but my stay was fine.

ammenities listed included refridgerator in every room and free WiFi- when i checked in they said all the rooms with fridges were full. WiFi signal did not reach our room so i had to bring my computer to the lobby to use it. Many many times there were long stretches of time with no one at the front desk. once i asked for more coffee and the front desk said they were out-then found some grounds and poured them into two paper cups for me but the coffee makers in the room only take the pods, not filter+grounds.

Quiet Rooms

I thought the hotel was very quiet as I could not hear vehicle traffic going by, or people in the hall.

Good for What I spent

I was attending a 2 day class and basically needed a place to sleep. It was very quiet. The room was clean, but kind of dated.

not recommend to people with allergies

The minute I entered the hotel I knew I was in trouble, could smell the cleaning solutions used or old carpet in the hallways. My allergies kicked in immidiately, but because we checked in so late that nite, could only change hotels the next morning. I do not want to be sick during my vacation!!!

Comfortable room for my price range

The room was very clean and the well-kept. The lighting was a little dim, but the large window helped with that. Comfortable ammenities. Quiet area, very peaceful. Only downside--can clearly hear showers from other rooms, but that can be expected with a smaller facility.

Outstanding Hotel Clerk

The hotel clerk actually helped us with our luggage since there was not an elevator.

Hotel staff was very friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was fairly skimpy. Location from interstate was great. If you need a bed and a shower, the price was great, wouldn't use it for a long term stay.

Horrible

Uncomfortable room. Staff not professional. Was coldly greeted by front desk attendant who was BAREFOOT and hanging out with her friend on the lobby's couch. Parking lot was very poorly lit and did not feel safe. Entrances at ends of the building did not open with key cards, so you had to walk around the building to the front entrance with all your luggage. The bed was like sleeping on a pile of bricks. No alarm or clock. Bedside lights did not work. Sink in the bathroom was covered in toothpaste and facial hair stubble.

Great place for short stay

We always stay here during our visit to St Cloud. It is nice quiet neighborhood. The place really clean and good selection of breakfast too.
