Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 40Outstanding Front Desk Employees!
What really works for this hotel is the front desk staff. My wife and I needed various items throughout our stay and the hotel staff was always accommodating. It really helped to make our stay feel more like a home than a hotel. We also enjoyed the late hours at the gym. The hotel had recently upgraded their workout room with an elliptical and underground racket ball court, which was nice to go and enjoy late at night. When we didn’t have any racket ball equipment the staff said they had some to use free of charge. It was nice that they had thought of everything so that we could make the most out of our stay.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 40Service and Rates Outstanding
Stayed 6 days and was treated very well by front desk people, cleaning people, and overall staff. They helped with all our needs. The room was big with kitchenette, and separate bedroom. Clean with plenty of towell and anything else we needed. Thank you!

Home away from home ... This hotel is great for families or anyone who is tired of fast food.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 7 of 40Just a great place.
A great hotel. Kitchenette is always awesome. Laundry room is a great thing, plus it is locked. Only bad thing is that for two years now, I have never seen there Jaccuzzi work.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 9 of 40Did not even meet my expectations for the price
I was way unsatisfied with the hotel stay. When my mom and I walked into the room, the bed had just been used. The shower was still moist and towels were thrown everywhere. There was no information on how to use the phone or any other ammenities on site. Very dissapointing.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 40HELP !!!
This place claimed to be "condo style". It was more apartment style. The footsteps of the upstairs occupants could eaisly be heard throughout the place. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The apartment was connected to others by the wall and ceiling. What? No TV in the bedroom!?! For the amount of money paid a much better place could be found. In fact instead of staying 2 nights we stayed 1 and found a better place. It was clean and there was a free DVD rental, but nothing worth watching. Steer clear of this place.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 40Easy access, good crash pad, but dont expect luxuries
This was my 2nd stay at Springhill. It is a apartment complex with some units avalible for nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals. The room I stayed in this time was a little smaller than the last time I stayed here, but it was in better condition, though there was a musty smell to the room. Close to shopping and the freeway, but it's in Taylorsville, so if you have buisness downtown, you may want to look elsewhere, as traffic going downtown can suck. But it would be a good base for a week of skiing if you dont mind driving a little. Dont plan on cooking much in the full kitchen as the oven didnt work. Wish I would have know it before I bought a frozen pizza.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 40Nice hotel
Room was nice, very spacious. Desk clerk was very helpful and very fast. It seemed to be in a quiet neighborhood cause even though we were next to a busy road, we didn't hear anything or the people out in the courtyard. The carpet needs to be replaced, has some stains on it but it looks like they did try their hardest to get them out though. Also, the people above us blasted their music really loud at around 11:30 at night but luckily stopped around 12:30. (still late, I know, but we were up that late anyways)
