SpringHill Suites by Marriott Terre Haute

One night stay

Spring Hill Suites was very comfortable, clean with friendly staff. My only concern was the intensity of the chemicals in the pool and hot tub. My eyes burned and were uncomfortable durning the pools use and into the following morning.

Very convenient location

We have stayed at the Spring Hill Suites on two other occasions while visiting relatives in TerreHaute but have also tried other locations in that vicinity. We keep going back to Spring Hill because of their excellent facilites, great continental breakfast and convenient location. Easy accessibility to 3rd Street and the local mall, but also easy to get out the back way to where we need to be for our visit. We'll be back.

Very lovely, modern and new

Room was very nice, breakfast was very good, Mona at front desk was wonderful! Wish pool was a little bigger, a kids birthday party had taken over for a few hours.

Would stay there again

Room was very comfortable and clean. Had good breakfast selections to start the day and then enjoyed the Happy Hour in the evening. Staff very helpful and nice. Drain in the bathroom sink ran slow and the refridgerator didn't get very cold.

Loved it

This was a great hotel, nice, clean and with ALL the amenities. Fridge, microwave, sink, very comfortable bed, nice staff. Free internet. It was very comfortable. Wasn't the fanciest I have ever stayed in, but it was fully complemented. Only missing piece? No laptop tray for when your laying in bed. I used the glass tray from the sink.

Only one negative

Only one negative. The tub was very slippery. I almost fell twice while taking a shower.

Worth the parking lot needed to traverse to find it!

The accommodations were a great value for the cost. The room (suite) was spacious and clean. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to good shopping (bookstore & shopping mall). The hotel is hard to find because you actually have to drive through the parking lot of the bookstore or the Holiday Inn to get to it. The sign is low (no doubt due to city ordinance) so is hard to see from the road (even harder from the freeway).

Very nice decor. Good breakfast. Quiet. Friendly.

The only improvement I can suggest is that they clean the rooms earlier.

Couldn't have been better

We have travelled to Terre Haute many times to visit relatives and have stayed at several hotels on Highway 41. We loved Spring Hill Suites because it was so convenient for us to exit through the back streets and not have to fight the heavy traffic. It was a beautiful facility with great color schemes. We will definitely return next time we are there.
