I could walk on the carpet without shoes!

I always judge a hotel by whether or not I feel comfortable walking in the room without my flip flops on...this room was GREAT! Not only were the carpets immaculate, there were a lot of pillows and they were fluffy! Great stay...will definitely come back.

Could have done more....

Enjoyed everything about the hotel except the bugs. The first morning I woke up to find a rather large bug in bed with me. This was a first in 20+ years of traveling. What prompted me to call the desk was when I started working at the desk, a spider crawled up the lamp shade. What struck me as odd though is that when I addressed it with the front desk, they brushed it off as not a big deal and offered to switch rooms or spray the existing room. I opted for the spraying. When I returned to the room that evening, it was appartent that the room had been sprayed however no one from the hotel followed up on this. I feel that the hotel could have done a little bit more to resolve this issue and showed better customer service.

Awesome Hotel

This was a very nice hotel. We only stay at hotels by Marriott and haven't found one yet that we have not been impressed with. They are all very nice, roomy and definitely worth the price.

Great hotel, great people

The hotel was very well-kept, clean and secure. The workers were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. If you have plans to visit Dallas and are looking for a nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend them.

A Great Find

We really enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suites. The property was well maintained and the rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly. Our kids really enjoyed the indoor heated pool and spa. The breakfast buffet was great - much better than the average "continental breakfast" and had something for everyone. We saw several reviews that stated the location was difficult to find. We didn't have any problems at all. We found it to be central to almost everything in the area. We would definitely stay at this location again, and, based on the quality of our stay, the next time we travel I will look for a Springhill Suites.

Very comfortable and pleasant Interiors

I enjoyed my stay here. The weather was pretty miserable while stayed so the Hotel environment was a much needed plus to offset the weather conditions. I really wished I had taken an additional day off just to be able to stay one more night. It was also a plus to have so many TV options, since the weather did not entice you to explore your surroundings. A peaceful and pleasant place to stay. The roomservice menu even had reasonable prices!

Great breakfast!

We were amazed at the quality of the breakfast buffet and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Only tiny complaint was that new soap was not supplied several days....but was cheerfully replaced by staff when asked.

Outstanding Hotel

My room was clean and comfortable--almost like being at home! The staff was friendly, but not obsequious. A nice plus was a wonderful breakfast spread--juices, cereal, bread, eggs, a breakfast meat and more! All presented very nicely. The only backdraw was that the hotel was hard to find. It's located off of an access road near two large highways. Even with the directions that were provided, I had to circle around--it took about 15 minutes to find it. Better directions--with all of the road names clearly marked--and better signage would help.
