Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel - the only drawback was the computer was slow the morning I was there. Nice breakfast - stated it was a continental breakfast, but included eggs, bacon and sausage. Rooms were nice and clean and it was very quiet. Next door to an IHOP and a convenience store and a very short distance to many restaurants. I would stay here again.

Great Hotel!

Great hotel with the cleanest rooms I have ever seen. 12 year old facility looks virutally brand new! Only bad thing is the road construction going on nearby makes it difficult finding the hotel (signs were not posted well by highway dept). Other than that, great place to stay! Restaurant row less than a mile from hotel with many choices including Olive Garden, Joes Crab Shack, Texas Land and Cattle.

This hotel is exactly as advertised! Clean, quiet, convenient! I would stay there again.

Hotel is in convenient location but starting to deteriorate. Room smelled moldy. Asked for another room and got one that smelled good.

A Lot of Bang for Your Buck

We booked here because it was just a few miles from an event we were attending in Dallas. The hotel sits off the highway, but we wee not bothered by noise at all. #1 - Check in at the hotel was at 2pm, and our event started at 2pm. I called to ask could we check in early. NO problem. They told us they would have the rooms waiting. On arrival, they were true to their word and our rooms were waiting. No problems. #2 - Room was immaculate with fridge and microwave. It was designed like a little suite, separated by a door. The kids pulled out the sofa bed in the little living area and had a slumber party in there while hubby and I snored away in the bedroom. If traveling with kids who want to stay up all night watching TV and you want to sleep, this place offers a solution. #3 - Breakfast was nice. They offered a wide variety of things. 4 kinds of fruit juice, a waffle maker with pre-measured batter, Quaker oatmeal with different toppings, scrambled eggs with toppings like cheese, salsa, and different kinds of seasonings. Yogurt, fresh fruits, milk, a wide assortment of breads and pastries, and of course different varieties of coffees and teas. #4 - Location. If you stay here and get the late night snack attack. IHOP is directly across the driveway, and Waffle house is directly across the street, both of which can be walked too. #5 - Customer service. One of the members of our party had an issue with her car. The Hotel directed her to a shop on Sunday, which fixed the problem immediately. Upon Check out, we were kind of confused how to get back on our proper route home, The front desk clerk provided us with not only precise directions, but with a map where she marked landmarks. This was a great stay for the money, and this will be our place of choice when traveling to Dallas.

It was a great hotel for a great price! We had a suite with 2 beds and a fold out sofa. Plenty of room. No complaints!

Good room for the money

Everything was good about the room & hotel except for the noise coming from the street below (our room was on the street side). Each morning around 3:30 am we would hear sirens & people laughing & the last night it sounded as if people were having drag races. Luckily, I take ear plugs with me whenever I travel. We were on the 3rd floor. I feel sorry for those that were on the 1st floor. Otherwise, this is a great hotel, close to restaurants & shopping. I would stay there again & just request to stay on the other side of the hotel.

Loved the hotel

Decent location, but the hotel had a newly opened feel. The pool was great for the kids, and the fitness center was very nice. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was great.

Great room for the price

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Both times, the service has been prompt and courteous, and the rooms and hotel clean and maintained.
