This hotel is in need of a renovation. -Dirty Carpet -No Wifi -Bad Wired Internet Signal -No Service/Housekeeping Offered Property needs work...I was not impressed with this marriot product...better to stay at a courtyard.

Restless nights

The mattresses were extremely hard, so don't stay here unless you like sleeping on a rock.

Hard mattresses

The mattresses were as hard as a rock. I woke up the next morning unable to move, and my husband had to pull me out of bed so I could make it to the shower. Don't stay here unless you like very hard mattresses.

Great Room for the Money

I really enjoyed my stay here at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Everything was great. The price was good and it also including a full breakfast which was awesome.

Great Room

The room was great. Everyone was very nice. Enjoyed the whole stay. Will stay there the next time my family travels to the Dallas area.

Great hotel - centrally located easy to get to the major attractions of Dallas. Would definitely stay here again.

very nice and clean hotel, great breakfast with lots of options. Just some problems with the elevator, but only 1 day.

No maid service or breakfast food

We spent two nights at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Dallas, Addison. The room was nice and roomy. However, we didn't receive any maid service the entire time we were there. The problem came our first morning. As we were leaving our room, the maid stopped me and politely asked about us being in the room. According to his paper work, our room was empty so he asked us to stop at the desk and clear things up. (We don't have an issue with him or this problem. He was polite, and the problem was an easy fix.) However, the maid knew we had spent the night in that room, but didn't service it because according to his paper work, the room was empty. Then, when we went for breakfast Sat. morning, all the food was gone. We had to eat from what little was left. I notified the front desk, they notified the person in charge of breakfast, who said that there was no more food.

Great for the money

The location of this hotel is excelent. Room was clean with a lot of space. Perfect for a family of 4. The pool is small but the water was crystal-like.

Outstanding Hotel

We traveled to Texas for a funeral with 3 small children. The hotel was a great. It was clean and the rooms were large enough to accomodate 2 adults and 3 children. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything and anything you would need (ie: restuarants, grocery, gas, walmart, mall and etc.) If I ever travel back to the Dallas area I would stay here again!
