Needs to improve front-desk service

First the good: the location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the Plaza de Armas. Couple areas for improvement: 1. Front desk service. After I checked in, I asked if breakfast was included and the answer was yes. After having breakfast the next morning, I was then told breakfast was not included and that I had to pay. I informed them that the front-desk had informed me that it was included and after some discussion, they agreed to waving the fee. The next day, the original person who told me breakfast was included told me that he did not tell me that this was the case and that if I didn't pay for the breakfast, they would remove the money from his salary. This 'threat' was quite unexpected! Given that the breakfast was expensive relative to local prices, I ended up paying but was surprised by the manner in which this incident was handled.
