Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 16**REALLY NEEDS CITY INSPECTORS TO BRING IT UP TO STANDARD**
This property has location and some of the rooms have a small kitchenette. It has just been allowed through the years to go into a horrible state of disrepair--the tubs were horribly stained(but clean),we ran out of hot water, and upstairs it felt like the US OLYMPIC wrestling team was having try-outs from 4PM on. The carpets need to be replaced and I know the owner sold it last year, but it was defaulted and given back to the original owner Mr Kirschner. It has such a great location, the staff i very nice, maid service very nice but no one cares to fix the location up one room at a time, at least. There were four of us in two rooms.

I will say it's a motel on a budget. I thought I would walk into a roach motel, but it wasn't. Plus we didn't stay there that much. So it's an OK motel.

Quiet surrounding, yet very close to the "Strip". Snack Shop would be a plus. For the money it is a great place

We stayed at this hotel on a last minute planned trip. The hotel itself, from the outside, looked like we figured it would look for the price we paid. Once we went inside, it actually looked pretty nice. The rooms are not what I expected. They were actullay very nice with plenty of space.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 16Great location, but a little run-down
For those attending the Las Vegas Convention Center, this hotel is absolutly tops for convienice. It's off the Strip so it's fairly quiet. Sadly, it seems to be a bit more 'run-down" then the last time we stayed there. For the money and location it can't be beat, but just don't expect a full 2-star experience.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 10 of 16Satisfactory experience
This hotel is quite old--especially by Las Vegas standards. That said, it's well maintained, quiet, has a reasonably good location, large room and a helpful staff. There was even a kitchenette which I wasn't expecting. Plus, the price was considerably less than most others in the area.

The hotel was extremely "worn" - the 'kitchen' was very old and didn't encourage use - it appeared dirty. Definitely needs to be refurbished. I couldn't sleep on the bed until I purchased a blanket to place over the sheets.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 16Old Motel but quiet and close to Vegas strip
This motel is Old and shows its age. if you are looking for quiet but close to strip with out internet, cable or iron. And low priced rooms its here. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy and right by room. pool was refreshing. if you are looking to speed most of your time in room look elsewhere.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 16Won't stay there again
There was a dead cockroach upside down in the bathtub when I got to the hotel. The bed was very old and you felt the springs as soon as I sat down. There was no cleaning of the room - the housekeeping person knocked on my door, I let them in to do the cleaning and told them about the cockroach. They picked up the cockroach and flushed it, then threw some bleach down in the tub, and left, not to be seen in the room again for 2 days.
