The location is great for catching an early flight, but there were so many things wrong or not good about this hotel, especially considering the price. First of all, the room-deco was so bad and old. Old curtain, chipped chair, and a cheap-looking photo frame (picture of alps) in the room..totally sub-par for a "luxury" star hotel. Also the staff members were not that professional or nice. (One person told me that I did not pay for my room, and she did not seem to understand that I booked the room through hotels.com.) Restaurant staffs were not too nice, either. Food was OK and not too overpriced for a hotel in Europe. And everything in the room was totally overpriced - a bottle of evian water for 3.5 Euro..and even watching an hour of TV costs 2 Euro..! Also there is no sign of the hotel inside the airport. (It's between terminal 1 and 2, but the entrance is very small.) Two things I liked besides the location: Bathroom and the service materials in the bathroom - bathrobe, slipper, personal items, etc./ The bed - very comfortable. Oh, and the butter and bread at the restaurant are much better than the actual food. Overall, not a great hotel experience and just too pricey. I would NOT recommend it, unless someone else is paying for your hotel and you have an early flight.

You can not beat a Sofitel bed! The service is exceptional as well - as with all my experiences at Sofitel hotels. You have an expectation upon booking that they always meet.

The bar is overpriced and, shockingly for France, has a terrible (and incredibly short) wine list. The hotel itself is very good, but not worth the price in my opinion. I stayed there strictly to make an early flight easier to manage.
