Great hotel

This was an excellent place to relax and enjoy the big city. It was a little pricey but worth it if you're willing to pay the price.

C'est Magnifique!

I liked the attention to details. The turn down service with the BOSE radio playing softly upon entering the room was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again upon my return to downtown Chicago.

Outstanding Hotel

The Sofitel Chicago Water Tower was a wonderful place to stay. It was very convenient to the John Hancock Building and the Water Tower has a great shopping mall right there. We were able to walk to many places of interest from this location. We would definitely go back again.

It gets the job DONE

I loved the Hotel. Before I booked the hotel I researched it well. It is very convenient to everything. The front desk staff was very well informed and polite. The hotel ambiance is very cool. The gym is small but it gets the job done. I got a good rate for this hotel so it was worth it. If I would've paid more than I might have felt over-charged--but it's new, clean and in the heart of the city. Go for it ;)

Very Nice - Great Location

Great location very close to the Miracle Mile. The fitness center was real nice too.
