Location. One mile from Grand Teton National Park, the Snake River Lodge & Spa is located in Teton Village, Wyo. Set at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the lodge is linked to the resort by a heated walkway. An aerial tram is 30 yards away. Fine restaurants, boutique shops, quaint galleries and lively entertainment venues all exist in the surrounding area. During summer months visitors enjoy music festivals, rock climbing, biking, golf and ballooning.

Hotel Features. The slopeside property features décor that incorporates natural wood and stone with modern amenities. The Avanyu Spa offers unique treatments such as Paint Pot Mud Baths and a warm, seawater gel wrap. The spa also features jetted tubs, a sauna, an extensive range of fitness and exercise equipment and a spectacular indoor/outdoor pool complete with heated waterfalls. The GameFish restaurant boasts panoramic mountain vistas, a 140-label wine list and regional specialties such as Smoked Trout Cakes, Grilled Wapiti Elk Chops, and Buffalo Filet Mignon. The Fireside Bar is an intimate lounge serving top-shelf liquors, wine, microbrews and light fare. The staff at the 24-hour front desk can assist with tour and recreation planning, dry cleaning, concierge and business services. A video library is available to guests and there are conference rooms with audio-visual equipment.

Guestrooms. Each guestroom features wireless Internet access, video-game consoles and cable television with premium channels. Minibars with complimentary bottled water are located in all units and in-room safes are large enough to accommodate notebook computers. In-room massages are available.

Expert Tip. The south entrance of Yellowstone National Park is just beyond Grand Teton National Park, about 55 miles from the hotel. Geysers, waterfalls, gorges and plenty of wildlife inhabit the parks and offer fantastic outdoor adventures.
