Outstanding GREEN hotel. They really make an effort to Reduce Reuse and Recycle. Very impressive. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in downtown, without paying the big bucks.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 105Car Break-in During Stay
Our car was broken into while we were there. So if you're driving, make sure to take your valuables with you (i.e. GPS, ipod, etc). I also didnt expect it to be next to "Little Darlings" which was a low-end strip club. Other than the car break-in, i was satisfied with the stay. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the auto break-in. Parking is $15/night.

Most outlets in the room are the old two-prong which make it difficult for laptops, etc. Couple with the fact it's an old DSL Internet box, it means cables stretched across the room to get online.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 105Gets the job done
As others have described it, the 6th avenue inn is minimal frills. That said, the room was clean the internet access fast and free, and the staff friendly and helpful. Based on the price I was pleased with my stay.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 105Location was good. Hotel needs upgrading.
The Sixth Ave Inn is going downhill. We have stayed there in the past and they need to "spruce" it up a bit.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 105BUSINESS TRIP HOTEL
It is good for a one to two night stay. No frills, close to everything Seattle offers. Parking was tight. Building was just okay. One of the desk personnel was on the rude side, the others were nice. The restaurant attached was good not great. the lights from the gentlemen's club across the street were hidden by the thick curtains in the room. I will not go back as i could have spent the same for a better hotel.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 105Satisfied for the price
Clean basic room in a central location - I walked to most major attractions - close to trolly to Lake Union. Helpful staff, exercise room, morning paper. I kept curtain closed due to neon lights of a nightclub across the street.

Location-perfect. Rooms are large and fairly clean. Bathroom door knobs rusted. Bed sheets didn't look clean. Free-internet inside the room, fantastic.
