    The hotel was very difficult to find using the map information. When we finally found it, we were greeted with no enthusiasm or information. The room itself was nice, but the location was noisy.

Located at the foot of the local ski slopes in Les Escalades, the Silken Eurotel is situated in Andorra's main shopping area, next door to the Caldea Thermal Spa complex. Wood-panelled walls and warm-coloured fabrics are complemented by simple furnishings in the hotel's 70 guestrooms, all of which have bathrooms and come equipped with modern amenities including cable/satellite television and direct-dial phones.

The hotel restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner serving a buffet selection of Catalan and Spanish dishes. There is a café bar which offers a range of drinks, snacks and pizzas throughout the day, and room service is also available. Skiers can make use of ski storage and further amenities include laundry services, a safe at the front desk, and parking on site (subject to availability). During winter, ski lovers have three main resorts to choose from offering facilities at elevations of up to 2,500 metres (Pas de la Casa), whilst adventure sports enthusiasts can enjoy many activities all the year round, including mountain biking and horse riding. The nearest international airport is Barcelona, 150 kilometres away.
