Outstanding Hotel

Great place for adults as well as families. We stayed with our 4 year old and can't wait to go back with or without him. Service was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful. I would reccommend this Hotel to anyone. We stayed in a standard room since it was a short stay and it was awesome I can't imagine how wonderful the upgraded rooms must be. I plan to find out soon. Thanks again

BEAUTIFUL

Very nice hotel. The pools were very nice with excellant bar service. Spacious rooms with a great view from the balcony. Lots of things to do without leaving the hotel compound; horseback riding, golf, casino and of course the pools and water slide. We only ate at the resturant for breakfast. They had a wonderful buffet with outstanding service. I would recommend this hotel for all travelers, business or pleasure.

Almost perfect

Just 2 bad things: Gym is 20 bucks and Internet is for free in the Lobby area only where I could not connect though.

Outstanding Hotel,Great room for the money

ENERYONE WAS REAL FRENDLY AND MADE YOU WELCOME, ENJOY THE RIVER BOAT RIDE TO THE RAWHIDE STEAK HOUSE AND THE CASINO NEVER HAD TO USE OUR TRUCK DURING OUR STAY EVERYTHING WAS THERE TO MEET OUR VACATION NEEDS, LOOK FORWARD TO ANOTHER STAY

Needs to be cleaned

We were very dissappointed with this stay. Prior visits had been great. We went after July 4th weekend, and the place was a disaster. Took 3 rooms before we found one that was semi-clean. Found trash in floor, toys in floor, live bug on the blanket, old-dried up food on the floor, etc. Even the room we finally accepted had an un-flushed toliet.We had to get bleach wipes from the car to clean the toliet. For a 4 Star hotel, I expected not to have to clean the toliet myself.

hotel ok

when mu husband & i stayed there it was nice till we tried findig our room. it was all confusing and had a hard time finding the pool area thenwe had to pay for internet service!!! All other hotels don't charge a fee. it just wasn't what we expected. i thiught it was way over rated and the charges to high.

Great Getaway!!!

We had a great time at this hotel, the kids loved the pool and water slides. The firework show great on there grand lawn and so was the food!!
