Great Room - Slow Internet

The room was very satisfactory but the use of the "high speed" internet required a $10 surcharge for 24 hours of access. I found this extra fee to be somewhat objectionable since most hotels now provide internet service free as part of the standard room amenities. Once the fee was agreed to and the internet connection was then made it was so slow in my room as to be unusable. In the morning I requested, and was given, a credit for the access charge..

Excellent hotel value

This hotel is conveniently located in Tarrytown, NY near 287 and the Tappan Zee Bridge. The hotel is very well maintained, rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Staff was very helpful during our stay. I would certainly recommend it.

Best bed I've slept in

The beds at Tarrytown were the most comfortable beds I've slept in at any hotel in the past. I only wished I could've stayed longer!

Business Travelers

This is fine hotel in all respects. The only thing I found unreasonable was the additional charge required to use the wireless service. For the price of the room, this should be included. Other area hotels of high quality include this service at lower room rates.

Very Nice Hotel

The location is terrific and the beds are extremely comfortable. The flat screen Sony TV is on the wall so it doesn't take up space.The room could use a refrigerator.

Great Deal! Perfect Hotel for what we wanted.

We were in the area to visit froends, to look at local Hudson Valley sites, and to day-trip into NYC. The location was perfect for all three. Room was perfect and VERY comfortable. Beds and bathroom far exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and style. Other than the buffet being a little over priced overall the experience was great... we'd go back to this hotel.

Great Stay

Sheraton Tarrytown is the cream of the crop for hotel in the area. Large comfy beds with plush accomodations, well lite bathrooms, and plenty of space. Definitely on my list of must stays.

Excellent Service and Rooms

During my weekend stay, the hotel offered its shuttle for local travel at no charge. Very convenient for local travel to the train station, for pick up and drop off, and also for travel to local restaurants. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with clean, high quality linens and furniture. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definately return.
