Newly remodeled

Very nice property. Newly remodeled and close to the airport and Raymond James Stadium. All suite rooms with great beds.

Great hotel

Wonderful nights sleep...the hotel just completed a 14 million dollar renovation, and everything is brand new. The Internet area is super fast and the complementary shuttle service was a big savings and extremely convenient. A+++++++ Thank you!

Was good, could be better

For the price, the hotel was great. The main problem was that between midnight and one a.m., a smoke alarm sounded and forced everyone into the lobby. I was displeasred with the security officer's role in moving the hotel's guests. I was also displeased with the unannounced fifty dollar charge. The final displeasure was the fact that another guest's bill was left under my door with my own bill.

do not stay here. under construction. very moldy smelling rooms. asked to switch next room was just as bad. wait for them to get finished with rennovation

Crap hotel under construction

This hotel is under construction..stay away until it is finished! Your hotel is under construction. It is bad enough Sheraton doesn’t believe, in the 21st century, there shouldn’t be internet in the rooms. I guess you also don’t believe in a real mattress on the sofa convertible when you rent a suite. I sat on the corner of the sofa convertable bed and fell through. The material that holds the mattress on the frame was broken and somebody tied it with a shoe lace. I would normally assume the housekeeping staff would catch that, but you didn’t have any come into our room. I guess a two night stay doesn’t rate. Well guess what? I stayed up at Busch Gardens through the weekend with my kids and went to a different hotel since you guys killed my back on the sofa convertible. Thank goodness I didn’t decide to stay longer until after I got to your hotel. You seem to charge the same price as other hotels in the area, yet you have no in room internet, you charge $12 for the buffet while under construction, useless furniture and my kid almost burned himself with the hot water. If you turn the knob on the shower more than 1/2” it is pure HOT water and of course for the first two minutes there is a loud noise in the pipes when you are fighting with the water. Thanks...My other kids needed to wake up when I took my shower! I told your man at the front desk there is a lot to fix in that room. He didn’t ask “Like what?” and I was ready to leave any way so you guys find all your own problems. I hope that room wasn’t already renovated. If it was, get a refund!

Renovation: DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is being renovated and really shoudl be closed while it is. The room I received smelled very moldy so I asked for another room. same thing and they were like oh well. it was too late to move to another hotel. do not stay here until renovations are done

They were very professional

The hotel is under renovations, even though, we enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a smile.

Under Construction

The only thing that had me upset with staying at this hotel is the amenities that I was interested in were not available. The hotel was undergoing removations and if I would have know that in advance I would have chose another hotel.

Beautiful Hotel

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Suites Hotel. The location is near just about everything to do in Tampa, including the International Plaza, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, the Florida Aquarium, and it is also close to Clearwater beaches. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and the room was very comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

Aging but comfortable property

This hotel needs a makeover, and I believe one is planned. Very good location lots of great restaurants and shopping close bye.

Nice Get Away

The hotel is beautiful from the outside. The rooom was nice and spacious. The hotel is older and you can tell in the room, but it did not take away from anything. The only issue was the bathroom is just a little bit small. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and any time we needed anything the concierage desk came through quickly. For the price we paid I was not expecting it to be so nice. And the lobby is beautiful. The hotel was quiet, even though it had several events going on that weekend. It's worth a look
