Great room for the money

We enjoyed the room. It was very relaxing and mostly quiet. Beds were nice and we slept great.

Comfortable

The rooms were very comfortable however the bathrooms were small.

Great Value

I was plesantly surprised, great value for the money. The morning staff were great, a bit dissapointed with the night staff. Our view looked out to the pool, was a bit frustrated at the pool music on at 7am, but that is the only issue I had. Only wish it was a bit closer to A1A, the cab rides were a bit pricey. Would definetly stay again, and reccomend if going for the weekend. By the way, the diner next door has GREAT! food.

Outstanding Hotel

Sheraton Cypress is always my number 1 choice of hotels in the ft. lauderdale area! It is always a pleasure to stay there, the rooms are in immaculate condition, the grounds are always clean and the staff, what can I say, just wonderful all the time and very, very accomodating!!! I am a frequent traveler and I ahve stayed there many, many times and would therefore recommend the most picky, choosy person to stay there with out regrets!!!

Great Hotel

The Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, including the rooms, pool area, and restaurant. We would certainly stay there again.

the best part about this hotel is the lobby- patio area...yes i know it sounds odd but the lobby has palms and a small creek with turtles and else ..there is a place where you can have good food at moderate prices ..

It is an o.k. hotel

It is sort of close enough to Fort Lauderdale airport so it was very convenient for me. It needs to have free wireless internet for guests and probable free local calls.

We'll be back...

We really liked this hotel. It's not in the best neighborhood, but not bad either. Within reach of main big avenues (I-95) and places to eat. Our suite looked like it had just been renovated, very nice. I was worried about the noise in one of the party halls, but since there is a living room area and the actual sleeping room is towards the back of the suite, we didn't hear anything and had a good night sleep. Aver all this is a great, great value for your money, and we are for sure coming back to stay here. The only thing we were not very happy about was a lady at the front desk. She was not very helpful with directions, and seemed to be in a bad mood. Other than that all was great.

Underwhelmed

The only positive thing I can say is that the beds were very comfortable.. The overall experiance was dissapponting. The check in was wicked slow and the room service was almost comical!! The lady that brought us extaa towels was so not nice..the overall cleanliness made me want to leave but since we had family with us we needed to literally grin and bare it!! I did spell in the dusty shelf " Clean Me" never again

FILTHY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NEED TO BE IMPROVED!!

The hotel room bathroom was filthy!!! As soon as we checked in, we had to go to Walmart and purchase some disinfectant to clean it. We found a wash rag from a previous customer in the bathtub and garbage on the hotel room floor. The A/C vents were black with what I think was black dust. The A/C was extremely noisy. The phone in the room did not work. When we would go to the front desk to ask for toilet tissue or complain about the room, the rep behind the desk would look at us as though she did not want to be bothered (light-skinned African-American girl that was only there at night). We read the reviews this hotel was given before making the reservation, but I thought customers were just exaggerating and being too picky. BELIEVE ME!!! THEY WERE RIGHT!!! I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL!!!
