Up to date & Clean, but Needs some improvements

Hotel and room were nice, clean and up to date. But I personally do not like rooms that have the vanity in the shower/toilet area. Also, the mirror above the sink was small and didn't go down the whole counter top. We kept having problems with the screen on the tv, the beds were too small (double beds instead of queens) and the pillows were flat. There was some kind of dinner event at the hotel one night and there was no place to park in the lot when we got back from a dinner out.

Excellent Facility and it offers convenience to many other locations in the Kansas City Area. The free meals tickets were a welcome plus! Parking was excellent! The staff was also very kind and considerate and very helpful during our family reunion. I look forward to returning again.

"Needs Improvement"

The hotel was Great for the money we spent, but if we would have paid full price for a supposedly 3 1/2 star hotel, I would have been highly disappointed! The hotel was old and had many stains in the carpets throughout! Needs new flooring! We had to ask where the pool was located, and the one worker we asked didn't even know they had an indoor pool!!! The walls were paper thin, could hear everything around us! Like I said great for the price we paid, but would not pay full price!!!

Nice hotel and it does have a shuttle that runs to the local sports stadiums.

Good location for watching a game

The proximity to Arrowhead was great. The room was clean and nice. The only complaint was the heater was noisy. The breakfast was a little pricy, but was really good. Would stay there again.

very pleased

We were very excited with this hotel! We were able to walk to arrowhead with no problem and denny's was across the stree, so we got breakfast on the way. Room and staff was exceptional and we had a view of arrowhead and parking lot from 7th floor! room was clean and beds very comfy.

My favorite Kansas City hotel

Upscale, gorgeous, beautiful furniture in the rooms, excellent front desk staff, excellent price, wonderful restaurant.
