Trip Type: Business Review 18 of 295Double Check.....!!!
The room may seem that it's cheaper than other hotels in the area. But, keep in mind they charge $35 a day for parking. We used the valet parking. (they drive pretty crazy). There were so many conferences the weekend we were there....everyone was checking out at the same time and we had to wait half an hour for the car. Don't let your kids be tempted by the lovely basket of "goodies" they place in your room. Small bags of candy...$3.50. Chips...$4.50. Cans of nuts...$8.00. Water bottles...$4.00. So, I recommend...bring your own!!! Room service is VERY over priced. I think it listed pancakes as $12.00. I would also stay away from their "steak house". VERY over-priced! I recommend the place right next to the convention center. They make crepes while you watch. They are inexpensive, enough to feed two people and are VERY delicious!!!! Also, if you like to have pizza ordered in....get it from "Zeke's". They are in the yellow pages. Super great pizza!! Wi-Fi is NOT free. Just FYI on that in case you need it. Now that the negative is out of the way....the rooms were very clean and up-to-date. The beds were super comfy and they had fluffy down comforters on them. I usually have a hard time getting comfy in hotel rooms...not this time. I didn't want to get out of bed! The pillows were fluffy and they put 4 to a bed and not the typical 2. I loved the flat screen tv. My kids loved the pool! It was in a beautiful room on the 35th floor!! Service was great. Loved that my bags were taken to my room for me and unloaded. Not all hotels do that. The hotel is so close to great shopping!! And I loved that about it too!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 20 of 295Outstanding Local
Stayed the weekend here on the 20th floor. It was a nice view and the surrounding area was great. It is very close to the Market and also many of the neighborhoods. Most within walking distance. The internet area is always jammed. There are only 5 pc's to log onto and I had some difficulty logging on. They had to reboot the servers that allowed us to log in. I had heard they have full on offices to use somewhere on the 2nd floor but I could not located them. There was a huge convention going on though so I was shooed away. The exercise area was recently remodled and it's VERY nice. plenty of machines and weights... A very nice variety of apparatus to use. The adjacent pool and hot tub were also very nice and all provide a stunning, top floor, view of the city.

The rooms were nice and the view was great. Little pricey! We did have a problem with scheduling and they were not real nice about changing dates, but did do it.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 23 of 295Valet
My overall stay at the hotel was great but the fact that I had to pay $39 every 24hrs for valet. I wasn't to happy about that. The fee should be included with the price of the room.

Trip Type: Romance Review 25 of 295Perfect Experience
The hotel is very close (easy walking distance)to the downtown shopping, Pike Place Market, etc. Very clean, classy hotel with helpful staff. Parking is a bit expensive but there are other options close if you want to park elsewhere.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 28 of 295Convenient locaction but need service improvement
I have to say this hotel is situated in a very convenient location. Everything is in walking distance, or there is free metro to ride. As a four star hotel, the service is not really up to par as I expected. Sometimes they forgot to bring new towel. Other than that, everything else is good.
