Sheraton San Jose Hotel

Absolutely Wonderful

For the price we paid, we were expecting simple service and a somewhat well kept room. We were amazed to find that everyone was pleasant. The hotel was well lit, showcasing its cleanliness and overall endearing staff. We would definitely recommend that others stay here when they can, as we will likely continue our patronage there as well ^-^

No Sheraton points or credit offered for hotel stay

The flat screen TV was great but HD channels were not functioning at my room. The booking on hotel.com were considered 2nd class. points and bonus were not offered on the hotel.com reservation.

upgrade!

Upgrade upgrade upgrade!!!! It is definately worth the extra bit. Ive stayed here about 10 times and I only live 30 mins away! Its that good. As a matter of fact, don't upgrade. because if I try to and there are non available, I'll only have myself to blame.

nicest bedding

I loved the bed and the bedding. Big fluffy comforter. White and spotless.

Excellent Customer Service

Hotel had overbooked and there were no more queen rooms for our party. We had special needs and so with much work on the part of management we were given 2 king rooms that connected so we could stay together. They were teriffic. The location was okay, but there wern't any restaurants within walking distance. Other than that, I would definately stay again.

it was very nice and comfortable for both my wife and I, Hotel restuarant was a little pricy.So we ate out.Thank You very much.

Awesome Surprise

This hotel is beautiful. It offers every amenity at such a great price. I didn't expect such a comfortuable, plush bed and spacious accomodation based on the rate of the room but what a unexpected pleasure it was. My only regret was that I only booked one night here - the old saying if I had it to do again I would have booked my entire stay at this hotel
