Needs updating

This hotel was centrally located to all the theme parks and I-4. The common facilities were neat and clean and staff was friendly. We had a pet and presumably were given a pet friendly room. However, the room definitely needed updating. There was a definite oder, the carpet and bedding looked very old and worn. Also, the A/C was not working properly in the room. We ended up using the fan mode instead which was noisy.

Outstanding Staff

The hotel staff was wonderful -- friendly, helpful, and more. Only downside was the breakfast -- food was not very good and service was slow. Regardless, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great hotel great price

Very affordable for being so close to Disney world. Hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay

Needs Improvement

So many issues! Opened up crib and there was a RIB BONE in it! Crack in sink that had pc glued in. When I used the sink, the small pc broke free and flooded the carpet and all my belongings underneath. A/C got extremely hot, afraid to use it. Called front desk, no one came. No fan in bathroom so entire room stunk! Asked for more towels as only 1 set in room, gave me old scratchy POOL towels for my room! Price for food was ridiculous! $2.40 for a 16oz diet coke! OLD pillows that were out of shape. Only thing that was good was the pool for the kids.

Not bad, but know your needs

The hotel is very clean and nice but don't look for food. The hotel restaurant is almost never open. 11am I couldn't get coffee because they were closed for breakfast and not open for lunch. Dinner only has about 5 main courses on the menu. Also be very careful of there shuttle schedule. On a 3 day stay I spent about $300.00 on taxis. The shuttles are very limited adn not at regular times. Magic kingdom is a $35.00 each way taxi. The outlets are $25.00 each way. If you need a clean safe place to stay, great. If you want to go anywhere, rent a car. The only decent restaurant in walking distance is Ale House. Bar, pub but nice. Else it's chain food or a "so called" steak house that you don't want to know about.

Good deal for the money

Check-in was no problem, friendly and helped me find a room location I requested. Room was clean, bedding was comfortable. Small balcony with 2 chairs and table nice extra. Large pool. Good location can walk to numerous restaurants. Rate was very good for this hotel.

Great pool, overbearing night staff

The pool was awesome, the room was very comfortable, the daytime staff were very helpful. The night staff was almost intrusive in there efforts to remain vigilant, is crime that bad, they crossed the line knocking on my door at midnight because they thought they heard something???? The bathroom door stuck bad when closed and made a loud sound when opened due to sticking in the door frame.
