Convenient

Close to downtown Providence and the freeway. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was a reasonable distance from the room. Room could use more light and Cable for TV. Slept well, bed was very comfortable as promised. Would stay again for the price.

Some issues

Very noisy. Lost electricity during our stay and was unable to use internet, but was charged nevertheless.

This hotel has extremely poor quality toilet paper. Why would they try to save a few pennies on a such an item? The paper was so poor that we would never consider staying there again, even though the rest of the hotel was fine.

Needs inprovement.

I would be a little more comfortable with added security camera as I had something taken from my car the first night I was there and there was no cameras to identify anyone.

Great Hotel

The hotel definitely was worth every penny. Housekeeping could use some improvement. The night staff is much more attentive than the day staff.
