Great Location for Disneyland

Booked two rooms in August on the Concierge level (upper two floors). The extra cost for the rooms was well spent in exchange for the free continental breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. The drinks were top shelf and you were allowed to take trays of food back to your room. We were a party of 6 this trip, 3 kids and 3 adults so the free food and drinks turned out to be a sweet deal for me. There's a shuttle stop out front that takes you directly to Disneyland or you can walk, we had smaller children so the shuttle was a better choice for us. Frequency of pick up and drop off was good too. The pool area was nice, we enjoyed resting in the hot afternoon before heading back to the park at night. There's a bar near the pool with full service. The service was very good too with a good selection for lunch. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Great room, very nice beds. But bathroom is too small, need dryer.

Nice for a trip to Disney Land

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. Everything was nice. It is a short walk (15-20min) to Disney Land. We watched the fireworks from our window in the evening (9.25pm) from the 4th floor. Only one thing was not so good: There was a 1/2 inch gap under the door. We had to put a towel there for privacy.

Looks better on the inside

We ran the Disney 1/2 marathon and the location was perfect. Staff was great and beds were sooo comfortable. The inside is nicer than the outside so it's a bit deceptive from the street.

Stay was ok.

Hotel as adequate for the purpose we stayed (Blizzcon 09). But as far as price was expecting more from a Sheraton.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was nice, not very roomy inside, but we loved the outside balcony we had. You do have to pay for parking every day, and it is not right across the street from Disney as the website stated it was, it is about a 10minute walk from Disney, not bad, except when your exhausted from walking the park all day! I wish they had microwaves in the room too. Overall it was nice and comfy, very clean and housekeeping was awesome!

Great room for the money.

Was a very nice and clean hotel. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. Very elegant inside. Rooms were very very nice and clean with spectacular views from the upper floors. Check in/out was fast. Nice walking distance to and from the Disneyland Parks.

Shuttle should be free

The one thing I would have taken advantage of, (if it were part of the hotel hospitality) is the shuttle service. To get to Disneyland it was four dollars to go and four to come back. This is the Sheraton! Smaller hotels take you for free. A positive note on the room, is that the beds are very comfortable.

Very Happy with the room

We were happy with the room, service and the location. The restuarant needed some customer service improvement; it took an extremely long time to get our food. And the hotel room walls are very thin, and we could hear our neighbors next to us. But other than that, very happy with the price, service, cleaniness, etc.
