Great Service

We did not get to make much use of this hotel because we arrived fairly late and needed to leave fairly early. Breakfast was provided at the hotel restaurant starting fairly early in the morning. The pictures of the lobby and the facilities matched exactly what we experienced. The outside of the hotel was not stellar but I think that is the norm for Peru. The staff was outstanding and room service was impeccable.

not up to sheraton's name

they are renovating this hotel. when we checked in it was around midnight and they stuck us in this nasty,dirty, and worn out room on a floor that had no ice maker. the towels were dirty and worn out. the bath room had weird stain all over the floor. but the bed appeared cleean and was comfortable. the next evening when we returned from seeing the city we complained and they put us in a newly renovated room. this hotel has 17 floors and nearly 50 rooms per floor thats almost 1000 rooms. the hotel was not even 30% full why would you insult someone and put them in that dirty room when you clearly have tons of newly renovated rooms avail. for the hundreds of dollars you are paying i expect more from sheraton. the city view is nice. but the neighorhood is horrible. after 2 days i left this hotel to stay some where else in a better location.

Fine solution for business traveller to Lima

The hotel is safe and a cost effective solution for a business traveler that does not need to dazzle prospects or clients.The staff is courteous, the service excellent and efficient. There is access to taxis both fancy and ordinary. The business center is effective for internet access.
