Executive Club was great!

At check in, I was placed in the wrong room. I went back to the front desk and was immediately switched to the Club Level. The free breakfast buffet and free cocktail hours were great! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. The covered parking was convenient and I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Houston...

Never again even if it was free!!!

Spent 2 nights here & was the worst hotel experience of my life! Besides the location of the hotel, the service was horrible. When I checked-in, I asked (nicely) if I could have a room away from other guests since I'm a light sleeper...It was a simple question yet the guy was rude & gave me an attitude about it being full that night as if I already knew that (obviously I didn't). The worst part is that there were 2 temperatures for the shower...COLD & COLDER!!! I felt bad especially for my girlfriend. I complained 3-times yet none of my 3 complaints ever of the same issue got resolved. Just horrible, I highly recommend staying away...

Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Easy access to Hwy 610 and Hwy 290. Great shopping area close to the Galeria Mall. Clean room and confortable bed.

The pillows

Must say.... the pillows were wonderful.... a good night's sleep and quite relaxing watching a movie on the TV.... excellent location for my needs and would stay again when I return to the area. People and staff were curtious and pleasant.

Great room for the money.

I was glad that I did not have to spend to much money to stay in a hotel which is clean and located in nicer area. Free Breakfast was a joke though. Internet is wired but it was free. Now a days internet in hotel is wireless, so people can surf the net while on the bed. Front desk guy needs to be retrained, he is certainly not fit for hotel industry. Hotel was extremly clean at least at the 9th floor where I stayed. It is located near 610 freeway but I did not hear any noise. This is deffinetly a great hotel for any family to stay.

Great room for the money

Close to highways to access most of Houston areas. Clean room. Rates are fine. Comfortable bed. Only problem: the A/C was very noisy.

We enjoyed our stay... short as it was... the room was neat, bathroom clean and the hotel was lovely!

Great Room for the Money

Only complaint that the ac was sent at 50F when we were gone and when we got back the room was freezing. Other than that, the room was great.
