Neighborhood not so great

If your expecting to check in and walk the streets, don't.

Needs Improvement - consideration of guests

My family left a message for dinner that I did not recieve. They had a billards terminate and put us on the same floor as all of the participates...they had a party and kept me up half the night. I came for a funeral. This is the second time I have had problems with this hotel. The last time they double charged my account for the room. And they put us on the floor by the pool. Which on those nights they had a party going on by the pool. Could not get any sleep that night.

Hotel lobbey was nice ... room was very disappointing

Room has not been updated in a very long time - everything (carpet. paint, funiture, etc) had a lot of wear and tear.

Great room and convenient location

Very nice hotel, close to activities in downtown Hamilton and very close to Copps Coliseum. Also connectd to a mall and restaurants.
