My stay was lovely and I enjoyed the extra attention afforded by the hotel. Keep the good prices coming Hotels.com!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 566Valet Service
We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton and found most staff to be responsive and helpful EXCEPT for someone in valet services who scraped something yellow on the left side of the car, but didn't bother to inform us of the damage. I was dark in the garage and we didn't notice the damage until getting home.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 566Perfect location for Chicago marathon
Nice hotel, clean room, good service and convenient location for shopping and especially when running the marathon. 5mn from start and finish. I would come back and recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 566Nice Hotel, just a couple of things
The room was nice, the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. There was only the most expensive restaurant open past 7:00pm. We were out siteseeing til 8:00pm. The restaurant was busy and preferred reservation. So we got a couple of burgers to go, and ate in our room. Also in the hotel description it should say there is a twelve dollar a day fee for the fitness center, that is something I use when I stay somewhere, and did not use because the fee I thought was high.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 566Stayed there for a conference
Perfect fine hotel, nice bed, nice pillows, etc. Very BIG hotel. Lots of floors. Several conferences at once so I never know who was at mine. Very nice but the restaurants, except for the bar and the big expensive one all closed by 7 PM which was unexpected. I guess they cater more to the breakfast and lunch crowd. Booking on hotels.com saved me a significant amount of money compared to the "special conference rate."

Beautiful hotel, excellent banquet food. Parking was a challange and the route to the hotel from the garage was a little creepy

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 566Needs more staff
In every interaction with this hotel, I could tell that they were understaffed. Long wait for valet (fyi ...a high daily parking rate), long line to check in, room not clean enough (carpet, tile in bathroon, sink surface), windows dirty impairing lovely view, only 1 door-man hailing cabs which led to a really long cab line, no one to greet me at locked pool door, piles of towels/ beer bottles in pool area, long wait/confsion when trying to get my car back from valet to leave.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 566Nice Hotel in Great Location
We only had a couple of complaints. One is that the faucet in the bathroom would not turn completely off. Very annoying especially in the middle of the night. We had to close the door and turn on the TV to not hear it. The parking was very expensive but most hotels in Chicago are. We ordered room service late at night and gave a pretty good tip but found out after looking at the bill that we were charge a hefty deliver fee and service fee. We weren't told that when we placed the order. We don't usually order room service so maybe this is standard. We wouldn't have given that big of a tip had we known. All in all though the hotel was very nice and the staff was too. The location of the hotel is excellent also. You won't be disappointed.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 5664-star quality...service a little lacking
grande hotel lobby very inviting. I found services to be substandard. The person at the check-in desk didn't speak proper english and had an attitude and gave us the wrong directions to the elevator. the concierge balked at my request for an umbrella, and getting a cab we were on our own. If you don't care about services, the hotel otherwise is fantastic for the money.
