Convenient to the airport

If you are looking for decent hotel, close to the Calgary airport.. this place is fine.. no frills, clean, and easy access to the airport..

Great for the busy traveler.

The room was nice and comfortable. Hotel.com's price was very reasonable for this hotel. Very pleasant staff and cleaning crew. Kudos to the room service. I was coming down with a cold and ordered room service. It was pretty busy but there was only a slight delay. The attendant was apologetic and noticing mey condition, came back with a tray of hot tea "on the house" and wished me well. Now, that is hospitality.

Needs Improvement

Hotel was nice. The front desk clerks were not very helpful. When I arrived the water park was not working. The clerks did not know why it was not working and told me to go to the 2nd floor and talk with maintenance. It would have been easier for them to pick up the phone and call maintenance instead of making the paying customer try an locate the maintenance manager. By that evening the water park was working.

The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Excellent shower ... clean room.
