black mold was growing on tiles in bathroom. dirty walls. overal maintenance of this hotel is unacceptable considering the high price we paid. never again will we stay there.

Really nice that the hotel is right across the street from the airport departure hall. Very easy to get to. The rooms were very nice with individual thermostats. Biggest criticism of the hotel is that a) no free wireless in the hotel. Very frustrating for a hotel of that size; and b) no breakfast included. Overall, great place to stay if you have a late arrival or early departure.

We took the train from Amsterdam, switched at the Brussels central station, caught the express to the airport and literally walked across the street to the hotel for one night, flying out early the next morning. It's a great clean hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant and oh so very convenient to all the airlines.

I have never been fond of airport hotels, and the Brussels Airport is a difficult place to deal with. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice comfortable room for my overnight stay between planes. The only issue I had was that there is not information in the terminal letting people know that the hotel is right across the road. We almost ended up in a cab until I saw the sign that said Sheraton. Then we had to literally jump the fence with our luggage to get off the cab line and walk across the street.

You cannot beat this location if you have an early morning flight out of Brussels. The departures check-in is literally across the street - less than 50 yards away!

This hotel is attached to the airport in Brussels. The airport fascade is under construction, however the hotel is quiet. The noise of the airport does not come into the rooms. The rooms are well kept and the resturant had good food. Pricing is typical of airport hotels, higher than if you stayed a few kilometers away. But for that 7 AM international flight where you have to be there 2 hours early, the ease of getting though the airport make it worthwhile.

How wonderful it was not to have the stress of catching a hotel van, bus or train to the airport. Out the door, across the street and we were at the airport. They had hotel computers free of charge. Our dinner was wonderful and priced comparable to the city restaurants. We saved some money by having our afternoon Belgium beer at the airport.
