Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 501Great place to stay for Disneyland.
The hotel has an awesome shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The hotel has everything you need right on site. From a "deli" to a lounge, to a formal dinner setting. The hotel is very kid friendly. I have stayed here in the past and I will stay here again in the future.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 501Excellent Hotel
This is our 4th trip to the Sheraton in recent years. We usually stay onsite at the Disneyland resort, but if we come down a day early we always stay at the Sheraton. We find the Sheraton actually has larger rooms than the Resort, but we like being right in the middle of Disney. I would highly recommend this hotel as the restaurants are first class (the breakfast buffet is fantastic!) and the rooms are quite large.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 501Nice Disney location
The Sheraton was a great value for the money. And because we booked through hotels.com we were given a great room, that was super spacious and comfrtable, even with my wife and my 8 year old in tow. The room was centrally located and close to the pool which was located in a quite courtyard. The pool was the perfect getaway after long hot days at Disney, just the ticket to recharge the batteries and go back for more fun. The shuttles were always there on time for the quick ride to Disney, and everyone was very courteous. We will be staying there every time we go to Disney. Our only complaint was our room was close to the elevator, and we did have some noise, but to the credit of the hotel staff, when we complained they showed us other rooms and none were as nice as the one we already had so we decided to stay, and just have another cocktail before we went to bed!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 501Good experience
The room was great! It was large and comfortable. Beds were awesome. Shuttle to Disney was convenient and timely. Only disappointment was that there were no restaurants within walking distance. Room was a little pricey.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 501Could have been better
Was not happy with being location of room (distant corner of property) and that it was an "Accessible" room when we did not request that. Counters and mirrors not convenient to use. Hallways have stale odor. Room was clean and comfortable but had better on previous visits.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 501Great Location, Great Hotel
The location is almost across the street from Disneyland. The shuttle service is awesome and efficient. You never have to wait to go home at the end of the day. The service is friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A++!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 501Not Impressed
We booked a deluxe double queen room. It was quite ordinary and saw nothing deluxe about it for the price we paid. The room was located in the Sheraton's secondary tower and looked like the uncared for stepsister. Checking in and out was unnecessarily long. The worst thing was the paper thin walls, we were woken up at 3:30a.m. in the morning by the people next door watching T.V. The shuttle service was unaccommodating so you'd better be on time! Next time at Disneyland, we will try another location.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 501Worth every penny!
My 4-year-old daughter and I went with another couple with a 4-year-old. As the receptionest saw two giggling happy kids, he upgraded both our rooms to be right next to each other, huge rooms for them to run around. This made it easy for us to visit each other. The free shuttle to Disneyland (every hour to and every 30 min from) was really great. We were able to take the kids back for a quick nap and back again for a night time fun. Thank you, Shareton!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 501What a nightmare!!
What a nightmare, first we were given a romm with carpet soaking wet with water. Reserved 2 rooms and request to be next to each other. We were given 2 romms in 2 different wings!!. Worked out the best way to check in this hotel and get a good service you had to spaek spanish. This is not a standard of a 4 star hotel. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. Was hoping to start our vaction with a good exprience in USA, but unfortunatly evry expectation was complety oppsit. Hope someone in the mangement of this hotel reads this and do some thing about it.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 501Excellent Hotel
First of all the hotel was conveniently located close to Disneyland, and the shuttle service was reliable and comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced. The room was relatively large, clean, and comfortable. I have already recommended the hotel to others.
