Features. Built in 1913, this Neoclassical home was originally the residence of a Hanover Shoe Company executive. Complimentary gourmet breakfasts are served each morning in the dining room, prepared with products from local farms by an executive chef. Dinner is available in the on-site restaurant Wednesdays through Saturdays, including a full bar and wine list. Conference rooms and wireless Internet access are provided. The den includes a movie library. The bed and breakfast offers concierge services, including arrangements for tours of historic battlefields. Pets are not allowed at the property.
Guestrooms. The Sheppard Mansion Bed & Breakfast offers nine guestrooms equipped with cable television and VCRs. All units offer private bathrooms with bathrobes. Select bathrooms feature oversized soaking tubs. Extra pillows are available. Select units showcase fireplaces.
