We booked two rooms with this hotel. One with a beach view and one with a garden view. Beach view was amazing. Great location and great proximity to the beach. Garden view was lacking. Room did not have hot water (only luke warm). Complained several times and no one did anything. Breakfast and lunch were great. Dinner was not. Food was okay. Shrimp was always fishy. Waitstaff was sometimes rude and they were short handed with cooks/waiters. This hotel also was ONLY couples. We were a family (with over 18 yr old children). We may have seen one or two other families, if that. Tipping is required. First few days, we were told not to tip. However, we noticed many people tipping. Our service (mostly on the beach) improved greatly. Great fruity drinks and great beach (without waves though). Overall, I would give this hotel a 4 out of 5. Beach view room was far better! I would recommend that room only.

My wife and I resently stayed at the hotel for the 3rd year running. (July 17/24/08) We first visited 2006 and have returned every year since.Great vacation for the money. Beach, pool,restaurants all great. The staff is absolutly wonderful, always a smile on their face and a "HOLA" from everyone. Run dont walk to Secrets Capri.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on April 10th, 2008 and we absolutely loved it. The food and the service was wonderful. The beach was beautiful and it is not a bad ride from the airport. I already have recomended it to 3 friends.

This was by far the nicest hotel my husband and I have stayed in. The service was great and the food was incredible. They really catered to your every whim. They helped make our 10th Wedding Anniversary a very memorable one.

Very nice room, good service, good food, plenty to drink, fun activities. Very relaxing vacation spot. Only complaints were the bed was hard and the ocean in front of the resort was a little rocky (shells), but all things considered a very nice resort.
