This could be a great hotel due to excellent location, but it was very inconsistent in the quality of rooms, conditions throughout hotel, and staff service. We stayed in two different rooms due to a poor first room. One room had a desk chair in a too small a room and the second had no chair for the desk in a larger room. The larger room had a coffee maker that could not reach the power outlet from its established location. Worst of all we were lectured on not having notified the hotel that we had four people in the room when we were clearly paying for four adults. They made a mistake in their record keeping and had us listed for two. Their mistake resulted in us being severely reprimanded for trying to cheat the hotel even though we had paid the surcharge for extra adults. We are not staying there again. Too bad because it has a great location convenient to many downtown activities and transportation.

The bathroom had a sour smell as if it had been cleaned with a mop or rag that had mildewed. There was no room service even though there are 2 restaurants in the hotel. The lighting in my room was too poor to read by, overhead lights are placed in odd places both in the room and in the bathroom. It was very noisy - could hear all conversations in the halls. The TV didn't work nor did the wireless internet. I had to call twice to get the TV fixed.
