Great room for the money

If you want to be able to walk to nightlife or dining then this place is great. We didn't move the car until we left.

CHEAP = Wishing you had stayed elsewhere

We asked for a NON-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. The balcony was just wide enough to put a chair on. I will NEVER stay there again!

Very dissapointing

Room was crowded, No coffee in room. no radio in room, Had to walk a block 1/2 to park car. Had to drive a mile to get coffee. Very noisey no insalation, would not recommend this to anyone.

Great room fantastic prices

This hotel had nice neat rooms. I loved the bright colors and WHAT A VIEW!! I will stay here again I know that for sure.

Room was Dirty

The floor had not been vaccumed, there were pubic hairs in the bathtub, the tub had a slow drain so when you showered it filled with water, the toilet leaked.

Great for the Money

We had a great time, the hotel staff were all very friendly and we were very comfortable in our room. The pool-side bar was great and we enjoyed the music every evening. We will definitely return to the Sandcastle.

Great place

This was the second time we booked with hitels.com and was very satisfied. The hotel was not run down, didnt stink, no bugs, clean sheets everything you wanted. The lazy river was a lil small but my kids had a blast floating in it. The pool was clean and the location was great. We had a sideview room but felt like we were oceanfront because we were so close and the view was awesome.

Great room for the money

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for his birthday. It was so nice and close to the beach. We had a side view ocean with a good view. The location of this hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly and helpful! We will stay again!

Bury the Sandcastle!

Uncomfortable, unhygenic, unhelpful, classless atmosphere, an dispickable parking are the thoughts that come to mind when descibing our stay at the Sandcastle. We have stayed at many resorts in Myrtle beach and the Sandcastle was the catalyst in our calamity of a vacation this year. When reading the reviews of this hotel, please believe that the negative experiences are all very accurate. We wasted our money here, don't waste yours. It is not worth the cheaper rates! Thank you for your time.
