    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ballard House condo was nicely located, but carpeting was extremely soiled, with food and bleached spots. Condo is very tired, furniture is rough, dated. Bed was very comfortable. I expected more for the money.

    this victorian hotel was very nice and kept in good condition. It had a full breakfast that was fantastic and a apres ski gathering with a selection o wine. New management is coming this summer. I hope they continue to provide this excelent product.
