Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 24Great Hotel
Great Hotel in a tourist safe area of Mexico City. We had two rooms- the queen size room was nice sized, it even had a small living room/ breakfast nook. fyi- the room listed as two double beds was actually two single/twin beds. Each room had a nice kitchenette.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 24Great Value / Location
Staff very helpful; Location fantastic, safe, convenient to Bosque Chapultepec (museum park) - within a block of the Angel of Independence on the Paseo de la Reforma; Good restaurants & Internet cafes around the corner; Room was roomy with fridge, microwave, cook-in facilities. Only complaint was very hard bed, so slept 50% on ample sofa.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 24Great place--location, price, facilities
These guys are really trying hard to pay attention to the little stuff. The room was over-sized, included a kitchenette. The bathroom was nice with good towels and a nice toiletries kit. (Included a comb which I forgot to bring.) The internet connection was free, but sketchy at times. (Fourth floor). Other times it was lightning fast. They had a really good breakfast buffet and there are good restaurants right down on the street.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 24Great room for the money"
Excellent location, easy walk to many restaurants, the park , the subway, lots of action, safe neighborhood. It was on a busy side street and a bit noisy (the Mexicans love to beep their horns 24 hous per day)

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 24Great deal for the price
This hotel was a great buy for the price. Customer Service is average and only one person spoke English. The location was great about 15 minutes for the airport and close to almost everything. Room was spacious and very clean. However the air conditioner did not work very well and it was very loud. It got cold, just not very cold and it muffled the outside noise. Overall I would stay again and reccommend.

The hotel was good for money Just that rooms has hard beds and A/C in the room make little noise but its has centralised A/C which is not up to the mark

Though the bed was a bit more firm than I am used to, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and price was right.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 24A good place for an overnight in Mexico City
The staff was very nice and courteous. But is a low rate Mexican hotel, so cold rooms have to be expected. If the room faces the street with the noisy bar of the hotel´s restaurant it makes the stay uncomfortable because the bar closes at 2 or 3 am.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 24A good place to stay
The hotel is located in the business centre of Mexico City and only a five minutes walk to the "Zona Rosso", the area where tourists are going at night for meal and entertainment. The historic centre is only two buss stops away. The rooms are spacy with wireless internet connection. The hotel needs some maintenance but service is good. Recommended.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 24We loved it!
This hotel was so much better than we expected. The convenience to the Financial District and the security it offered with all the additional police/security made us feel very safe, even walking at night. The restaurant downstairs is good, affordable and the breakfast buffet has a lot to offer. There is a 24hr convenience store right across the street for incidentals. Having the fridge, microwave and cooktop made it easy to have a meal in the room if you choose to do so. Dishes are included as is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and room safe. The employees were extremely helpful with arrangements and directions, however the only tour we had arranged was to the pyramids and Basilica de Guadelupe. The driver stopped for an hour at the gift shop area, no actual guided tour to the pyramids and then stopped at a restaurant afterwards which we didn't know about. Some of our group had eaten already, some of us on principle didn't think we should take up an hour of our time to eat at a sit down restaurant, and the prices were high. Most of the group (10) chose not to eat while others felt compelled to at least buy coffee. It took too much time away from the 2nd part of the tour of the Basilica de Guadalupe so we only had about an hour there. Both the gift shop and restaurant paid the driver a cut, I'm sure. The rest of the trip was great, we went back to the Basilica on our own and enjoyed the entire day there. I would recommend this hotel and we do plan on going back next year and taking the kids with us. It is centrally located to all the major sights and the bus system runs on the major street (La Reforma) one street away from the hotel.
