Good Hotel for the price

For the price the hotel was a good option, the pool was out of service, kind of dirty.

Needs Improvement

The pillows were very hard in this room. The breakfast wasn't what I'd call a breakfast. Figuring out how to get hot water from the shower was not very easy. Will not likely stay at this hotel again.

Not friendly

This hotel did not have very frindly staff. The hotel is right next door to a car lot.

Great room for the money

I was in town for business in the area the hotel is located. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was great! My only complaint is that the beds are very hard for my liking and the tub was a little dirty. But overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Good room for the price.

Shower/tub needed serious repair, but the bed and pillows were comfy and the A/C worked well.

Place was clean, staff friendly, we got wrong room at first but they corrected the problem rather quickly.

Good Price and Ammenities

Room floor plan was much bigger and better than i expected, included loveseat,desk,mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and quite location. Only drawback was tub had a crack in it and bed was a little "lumpy" on left side, but for the price i would definitely stay again.

Pool improvement

The pool needed to be cleaned. You could not see the bottom.

overall pretty good

Nice and clean hotel. Fairly close to downtown. I would stay here again. Pricing was a bit much probably but overall was fairly nice.

Good price, bad hotel

We chose this hotel for it's location between San Antonio and New Braunfels and we wanted something inexpensive, since we were only staying 1 night. All the reviews for this hotel were favorable and the price was decent, so I figured I was just getting a good deal. But when we arrived there, the location is not in a good neighborhood, there were some shady characters hanging out in the parking lot, and the room they gave us was not what we reserved. When we finally got to a room that had 2 beds, it had a bad smell to it and everything looked really old - the sheets, the towels, the a/c unit. The hairdryer only blew a soft stream of air on the highest setting - it took forever to get my hair dry. Some nice plusses were the iron AND full size ironing board, a mini fridge, and plenty of towels. The complimentary breakfast provided was pretty standard, but they did have a "make your own" waffle station with little styrofaom cups full of prepared batter. I didn't try them, so I don't know if they were any good or not. All in all, it's about what I expected from a cheap hotel, with a couple of nice extras, but I just wish they hadn't had so many good reviews making it sound better than it was.

Poor Choice

There were food particles behind the sofa. The noise from above rooms is very loud. The pillows were very cheap, couldn't sleep with them at all. The air conditioner takes too long to cool. The bathtub had a large crack and was closed with some kind of gunk. The water pressure in the shower is very low, and it takes a long time to rinse hair.
