good room for the money

I thought the room was very nice. However, our maid kept forgetting things. One night there were no pillow cases on one bed, next night no wash clothes. But the room was clean and quiet. I thought the casino was very nice. Slight smoke smell but no overwhelming. The hotel buffet was just "okay". Paul Deens buffet at the Harrahs, was wonderful. Sam's buffet the food was always luke warm.

Great Hotel

Our hotel room was great! It has been updated since our last visit and it looks amazing. And our room was very clean! We will stay here again. I highly recommend Sam's Town.

Wonderful Trip

We stayed at Sam's Town on the weekend with another couple. We had such a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to call for an iron and they had one to us within fifteen minutes. Great place to stay, and I'm sure we'll be back again!

Noises in the Hallway during the late night

We were constantly awakened during the entire course of the night from noises in the hallways (people talking). These were people either returning from the gaming area (since a casino is inside, adjacent, to the hotal or maintenance/service attendants. Otherwise the stay was commendable. Rooms were well maintained and cleaned.

"Nothing like Vegas"

The hotel was clean but only hotel that had a room for the holiday. Probably would not go back again however the casino was large and much nicer than those nearby.

Great room for the money

Nice comfort king size bed with high headboard, decor was black & brown, 32 flat screen tv, nice chair & ottman. The shower head was large relaxing water.

Comfortable Stay

Did enjoy our one-night stay, however, asked for towels & washcloths for the next am and only received towels. We were told that washcloths would come later and did not. Small thing but needs improvement with cleaning staff on follow through! Thanks

Outstanding hotel
