Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 622Hotel Shuttle
There's an automatic daily charge for a shuttle to and from downtown Las Vegas whether you use it or not. I had a rental car and drove everywhere. At the end of a 6-day stay I had an additional $27.00 tacked onto my room charges. That was the only downside to my entire stay.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 622Good Room for the Money
Hotel is showing some age, but overall you can't beat the price. It is a little far, almost $30.00 in taxi cab but I like the fact that it is quite and not as crowded. This is my 4th time staying there and I will stay again when I come through Las Vegas again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 622Very good value
Everything about the hotel itself is good. the price was good, the accomodations and the comfort of the place. The only thing i wasnt pleased was that i didn't realize it was such a stretch from the strip (Las vegas boulevard). other than that, the hotel was execllent.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 622Get all charges upfront
The Hotel and rooms were really nice and plenty of eating establishments. I was disappointed to find out there was no free internet, very few free TV channels and if you wanted to get sun while at the pool you only had a 3 hour window because the Hotel building blocked the sun. Once you checked in they add a 4.95 charge per day for housekeeping services.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 622Suprisingly nice hotel
Have been to Las Vegas many times and always stayed on strip. First time at hotel. I was very impressed. Hotel honored my specific room request and room was comfy and very quiet. From both staff and other guests, hotel has a friendly, easy going feel missing on the strip. I actually felt relaxed in a casino hotel. If your into nightclubs or clubbing, not exactly a hot spot, but if you want a fantastic value for the money definetly worth it. Keep in mind though the average age of guests here seems to be in the 70's. Not a problem for me (I'm in my mid 30's) but again, this is not a "happening" place. Also, with a rental car, strip is very easy to get to, took me about 10 minutes max. They have shuttle bus, which I did not take though so cannot comment on.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 622It's all GOOD!
Had a good time there. Price was great and the less expensive gambling was fun. I would go back ther again and recommend it to all.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 622Breakfast Buffet
The only negative thing I have is the food at the breakfast buffet. It wasn't very good and the buffet had minimal choices. A better choice is across the street at the Longhorn Casino. Great breakfast there.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 13 of 622best value in town!
best value, if you're not looking for a location near the strip. i'm a runner and the surrounding area is great for morning runs. fresh vegetable offerings at firelight buffet are great for those looking for healthy nutrition options. staff (front desk & housekeeping) continues to impress me. very personable and will to go the extra mile to make your stay the best! lastly, room walls can be a little on the "thin" side, but most guests are not night owls, so the noisy neighbor isn't too much of a concern.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 622Comfortable
Have stayed here before. Hotel is clean and safe. Food choices are excellent and away from casino smoke. Nice feature is not having to walk through the casino to get to elevator if you park on the back side.
