Good value...

Okay, this is NOT a four-star hotel but the room was satisfactory & reasonably quiet. The place has a little wear around the edges but the owners seem to be trying to keep it comfy. The staff was polite, friendly, & helpful. My room had a fridge and a microwave which I had not been expecting. Considering this was about 40% less (on weekdays) than the nearby casino/resort property rates and was only A THIRD of casino weekend rates, I'll definitely stay again. I was here for the nearby (40 minutes) Blues Fest & am happy with my decision to stay here.

Would stay again

Good place to stay if you are not rich and need a place to sleep. We have stayed here twice and would again.

just fine

I stayed at the Royal Suites while attending the King Biscuit Blues Festival. Since I really only just sleep in the room, I didn't expect or demand much. The hotel was just fine for my purposes. The HW 61 location is convenient to the historic blues sites I wished to visit. The room was clean, spacious and conmfortable. The new owners are working hard to keep it neat and comfy. For a no frills motel its just fine and very well priced.
