Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 205Noisy, run down
Inside the hotel, it is fairly quiet, but right outside it is very noisy all night long with young yelling teens, two helicopters seemingly landing right on the building. (They didn't) Trucks, backing up sirens, passing cars echoed right into the sun rising. My room was on the second floor facing the street. (Do not take it: Room 200!) The curtain closed from the left side and right, but the middle section had no dark curtain, but only a thin white one. Neon lighting from close-by kept the room semi light, semi dark. The wireless internet connection was weak. I had to eventually go down to the lobby to use my lab top. And my pillows were hard. The bed was a full size, not a queen. Nice people there, but the hotel is rundown with need of improvements big time.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 205Exceptional value in a great location
The building is quite old and small but the room was very clean and comfortable. The elevator is an antique but serviceable.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 205Roadway Inn Philadelphia
Not the best & not the worst. For the money this was an OK hotel to stay at. We just needed a place to shower & rest & this was the place. Great food nearby & even across the street. This hotel sure had some character. Very small room, very vintage elevator, slanted floors, breakfast was enough to get us going in the morning. Parking was very cheap.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 205Nice room for the money but bad breakfast
Our room was very comfortable, with two Queen size beds, which is really valuable when travelling with a friend. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is not very good however, with bad coffee from Starbucks, a very limited choice of food and a depressing atmosphere in a room with TV shouting.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 14 of 205Nice stay for the money
Hotel is in the city near restaurants and transportation. Room isn't all the big, but it has all the basics...frig, microwave and in room safe. I would stay here again.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 15 of 205Cozy
Space is at a premium, so you won't have pacing room in your rooms. The elevators is quite small, surrounded by the stairwell. One problem: No ESPN on the cable. It was the third Saturday in college football season, and local channels carried Mid American Conference (MAC) football.
